Jim Wallace With over 35 years of public accounting experience, Jim is BPM’s Chief Executive Officer and serves on the Firm’s Board of Directors and Management Committee. In addition to his executive role, Jim also serves on the Firm’s Inclusion Now! Committee, a BPM program focused on opportunities that enhance gender and minority diversity in leadership roles within the Firm and profession. Jim also serves on the AICPA Woman’s Initiative Executive Committee (WIEC), whose mission is to promote and support the success of women for the broader purpose of sustaining the profession by creating an inclusive environment, increasing talent engagement and leadership opportunities for women. |
Scharrell Jackson Scharrell Jackson joined BPM in early 2020 with over 35 years of operations, accounting and finance experience, which she utilizes to support and lead the Firm’s Corporate Service Team. Scharrell’s passion for motivating established and aspiring leaders does not end when she leaves the office. In addition to her many roles at BPM, Scharrell is a dynamic speaker outside of work and owns a women’s speaker series, Leadership in Heels, where she continues to support the professional growth of women. She is a sought-after speaker and passionate about mentoring leaders and underserviced youth to obtain upward mobility, personally and professionally. She supports BPM’s Inclusion Now! diversity initiative and is a member of the AICPA’s Women Inclusion Executive Committee (WIEC) and National Commission on Diversity and Inclusion (NCDI). |
