The panel will also talk about redesigning HR initiatives, including how you define job specifications, hire and promote to build an equitable workforce, and initiating authentic action by getting org-wide support for authentic DEI initiatives.

Scharrell Jackson joined BPM in early 2020 with over 35 years of operations, accounting and finance experience, which she utilizes to support and lead the Firm’s Corporate Service Team.
