April Otchere

April Otchere is an HR Consultant in BPM’s HR and People Services Practice. A true HR generalist, she leverages her experience to support companies with everything from recruiting, onboarding and benefits administration to employee relationships, performance management and terminations. where Her clients range from companies with just seven employees to those with more than 700. She also specializes and has an interest in implementing and optimizing systems.

A passionate HR professional, April loves helping clients solve problems and resolve issues that improve their bottom line. She once helped a large company migrate from paper enrollment and documents to digital processes, significantly reducing turnaround time for onboarding and enrollment. The new system saved the client hundreds of hours of administrative follow-up time, significantly exceeding the client’s expectations for the project.

Interesting Tidbit

In her free time, April enjoys spending time with family, walking her dog Marlie, running, reading, and collecting shark teeth fossils at her local beach. She also loves to swim and is pretty sure she was a fish in a previous life.
