Brandon Cox

Brandon has over 18 years of experience in accounting both in public accounting and in industry, serving domestically and internationally in both public and private companies in a wide variety of industries.

Directly prior to his current role at BPM, Brandon was the Corporate Controller for a mid market fluid and pneumatic power company called Hydraulic Controls Inc where he had responsibilities for financial reporting and assessment and rollout of internal controls and practices businessefficiency. Additionally Brandon served in BPM’s assurance department for 14 years working both with private and public companies, with experience for consolidations, carve outs and reverse mergers.

Brandon currently works with companies during the M&A process both buy side and sell side at all stages of the process. Brandon Cox holds an active CPA license in California.
