Cheryl Richards is a Consultant in BPM’s HR and People Services practice. She joins BPM with more than 12 years of HR experience as an HR manager, generalist and systems implementation specialist.

Cheryl currently focuses on leading HR management system (HRMS) implementations that include applicant tracking and recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits management and enrollment, performance development and performance management, time and attendance, payroll, and leave management.

She enjoys creating custom dashboards and reports for client use and visualization of data. When implementing a new HR module, she taps into her HR generalist experience to configure, test and create dashboards, always considering in conjunction with a client’s needs how an HR professional would actually use the information. She enjoys creating efficient workflows and processes and using the systems to streamline actions.

Cheryl loves to resolve complex problems and issues for clients, and tinker with tech to enable data-driven decision making. She approaches her work with a sense of humor under pressure.

She holds an M.B.A. from Boise State University .
