Dan Winter

With over 15 years of experience in public accounting, Dan has served a variety of technology industries including FinTech, software, internet media and SaaS, networking equipment, intellectual property, semiconductor and life science. Dan has extensive experience with equity and debt financing, including public offerings, business combinations, revenue recognition and SEC reporting and compliance.

Dan spearheads the firm’s Technology Industry Group and is the leader of the Assurance Technical Committee.

Dan Winter holds an active CPA license in California.
