Donald is a Consultant on the Assurance team at BPM. With 47 years of experience in accounting, Donald’s experience covers audit, review, and compilation of pension plans, homeowners associations, non-profit organizations, aerospace manufacturing, retail and service organizations.
Prior to working at BPM, Don spent 22 years in the aerospace industry with the last 11 of those years as Chief Financial Officer. He spent 12 years as an Associate Professor of Accounting (Part Time) and has 20 years in public accounting. In addition, Don has been a peer reviewer for the last nine years.
Donald Berkheimer holds an active CPA license in California.
Interesting Tidbit
Outside work, Don is involved on the finance committee of his church and on the board of numerous nonprofits. When there is time, he loves to travel with his wife.
