Liz has more than 25 years of experience driving finance operations, and she specializes in assisting clients in the Life Science and Healthcare industries. She has a proven record of success partnering with CEO and leadership teams to drive strategic planning, management and financial reporting, as well as accounting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, cash management and business transformation. Liz builds high-performance teams through training, coaching, motivation and professional development. She also strives to develop and implement analytics, budgets, benchmarks and profitability reporting while improving and establishing teams. Liz works with clients to create processes and internal controls aligned with established standards to increase efficiency and profitability. She also translates complex accounting issues to non-accountants and staff at all levels of an organization.

In the past, Liz has helped a client create “Leadership University,” the company’s internal training program, which educates staff and leadership teams on financial side of business and shows how other business units and operations impact the hospital from a finance perspective.

She has also helped an organization source and implement new medical billing systems for 60 users across three locations.

Interesting Tidbit

Ron Howard chose Liz’s high school to film Cotton Candy, his first “made-for-TV movie.” He cast Liz and her entire senior class as movie extras during the final months of the school year.
