With over 25 years of both domestic and international experience, Karen Coleman is an Executive Coach and change agent. Her natural ability to connect to others has afforded her great success in shifting an organization’s focus to positively affect its end result. As a senior advisor, Karen currently supports for-profit as well as non-profit organizations to build a sustainable culture and amplify their employee experience efforts.
Karen earned a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and is certified in root cause analysis, team building, and instructional design. She holds a Professional in Human Resources Management and Certified Human Resources Professional.
Karen has led two (2) organizations’ startups, started up a regional training department in the Midwest, and developed a Leadership academy for a global brand.
With a strong background in organizational development, talent management, and learning and development, author of two creative books along with her advocacy in community service, Karen uses a creative approach to drive culture change and to help organizations reach and sustain a positive outcome.
