Laurenz has more than 20 years of Human Resources and People Professional experience, with a proven track record of being a Servant People Leader, helping to scale and elevate People operations across a variety of mid-sized organizations and industries. Laurenz is passionate about supporting and developing People Operations that are both engaging and efficient, and really enjoys helping people do better in “connecting the dots” between purpose and passion. 

Laurenz has active practice experience in People Operations that engage the employment life cycle, People Systems change management and optimization, People analytics, Value-based Total Rewards, and performance management and alignment for organizational objectives. 

Recently, Laurenz led a major HR systems migration from ADP to Workday in an accelerated 4-month time frame, including core HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, compensation administration, learning and performance management, 2 months ahead of the Workday minimum recommended timeline.

Laurenz loves to spend time out in the wilderness where mountains, rivers, and lakes connect and diverge.
