Lisa is a Director in BPM’s Advisory Practice and has 20+ years of professional experience. She is a dynamic, trilingual (English, Cantonese, and Vietnamese), highly-accomplished finance and accounting professional. She has progressive experience in finance and operations with hi-tech companies ranging from startups to those listed on among the Fortune 500.

Lisa has demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate a strategy into execution plans, streamline systems and business operations, reduce costs and increase profitability as well as interpreted complex accounting and regulatory issues for domestic and international operations. She is results-oriented and a creative team player with a passion for excellence who believes success can be attributed to a collaborative style.

In the past, Lisa served as a program manager for M&A integration. In that role, she migrated the acquired company from SAP to Oracle ERP system, and she leveraged on Oracle functionalities and streamlined MFG processes and fundamental data.

She also previously turned around a division from a $24M loss to a profitable $160M business.

Lisa loves the challenge of growing tropical fruit trees in a non-tropical Bay Area climate and traveling.
