Maxim Céré-Marcoux has over 10 years of experience in financial statements audit, specializing in both US GAAP and IFRS accounting frameworks. He has conducted audits under US GAAS, PCAOB and ISA standards, for both public and private clients in a variety of industries like technology, life sciences, financial services as well as professional services.
Maxim has extensive audit experience with revenue recognition, consolidation, business combinations, leases, accounting for stock-based compensation and SEC reporting.
Maxim Céré-Marcoux holds an active CPA license in California and a Chartered Professional Accountant certificate in Québec, Canada.
