Michael Schaffer
Michael has extensive experience in tax compliance for not-for-profit organizations, family real estate partnerships, closely-held corporations, distribution, and other service sectors. He is also well-versed in corporate, partnership, and individual tax planning. He has over thirty years of experience in public accounting at local and national firms. Before that, he also served for three years as a revenue agent for the IRS.
Michael Schaffer holds an active CPA license in California.
Interesting Tidbit
An avid reader and fan of all things fantasy and science fiction, Michael is a co-founder of the Bay Area Regional Science Fiction and Fantasy Conference (BAYCON), which has been held (mostly) annually since 1982.
