Ron specializes in litigation support for attorneys requiring assistance with complex business litigation matters in various industries, including hospitality, entertainment, consumer business, wine, craft beverage and professional services.

He has been involved in a wide variety of litigation, including an appointment as the accountant for the trustee in the Queen Mary bankruptcy case and as the independent accountant appointed by the parties to a major financial accounting dispute.

Throughout his career, Ron has testified as an expert witness on a number of accounting and financial matters. His experience includes testimonies relating to business litigation matters, technical accounting issues, and the results of investigative accounting procedures. He has testified in Federal Bankruptcy Court, Federal District Court, and the Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside County Superior courts, as well as in various mediations and arbitrations. He has also performed investigative accounting for the State Bar of California and acted as a special accountant and mediator in various business accounting disputes.

Ron’s hobbies include wine collecting, Haiku and river rafting, and he is a frequent speaker on food and wine pairing and tasting.
