Sanny Ryan

Sanny has 20 years of experience specializing in corporate tax services for tech, biotech, life science and consumer products companies. She has extensive knowledge of the complex needs of businesses, ranging from pre-revenue venture backed start-up companies to consolidated multinational public companies.

Sanny began her career in public accounting at PwC and BDO and also since served as the internal tax resource for companies who require in-house corporate tax expertise.

Sanny has a broad range of experience assisting clients with tax provisions, state and local tax nexus analysis, excise tax, federal and state tax incentives, and stock compensation. She consults and reviews tax returns with multi-state and international filings. Sanny is an active member of the Firm’s Corporate Tax Practice.

Sanny Ryan holds an active CPA license in California.
