Wenting Ma

Wenting has eight years of professional experience in general accounting and auditing, as well as financial analytics, across a wide range of industries including finance, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, biotech, non-for profit and government and municipality. She has experience leading teams in performing Sarbanes-Oxley readiness and compliance, regulatory compliance audits and internal audit implementation projects. For internal audit, she has experience working with clients on implementing the COSO framework, assessing risks and designing and implementing internal controls for business, IT and operational processes.

Her expertise includes internal audit strategy and implementation, Sarbanes-Oxley readiness and compliance, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), COSO 2013 framework and implementation, and regulatory compliance audits.

At BPM, Wenting leads the Risk Assurance and Advisory team, serving as an advisor for public and private companies across the San Francisco Bay Area, navigating clients through the complexities of compliance while optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
