Yan Li

Yan loves to help clients with tax consulting and tax planning with the goal of building and preserving their wealth. Yan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 10 years of experience in public accounting in both U.S. domestic and international tax. Her industry experiences include private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, real estate and high-tech industry.

Yan started her career at KPMG in the financial services tax group in New York City. During her tenure at KPMG, she gained intensive tax knowledge and found her passions in the world of private equity funds, venture capital funds, and hedge funds. Later, she joined Deloitte in the hedge fund tax group for another four years. Her tax expertise includes: onshore and offshore funds structures, side by side funds structures, and cross-border investment plannings. She also has intensive experience in tax compliance and consulting for private client services.

Yan Li holds an active CPA license in California, Colorado, and New Jersey.

Yan loves hiking. Her goal is to hike in the Bay Area every weekend. Her favorite hiking place is Yellowstone National Park.
